About the project

The owner-developer rents out premises 9G on K. Baron Street opposite the Vermansky Park. The place is located in the prestigious Bibliotekas Nams building. The building was built in 1910 in the neoclassical style by architect Ernest Pohl. An exquisite example of neoclassicism with picturesque pilasters and columns of various orders, classical tiles, festoons and other architectural and ornamental details. Since 1956, the building has housed the National Library of Latvia, founded in 1919. The historical monument was completely restored in 2020.
